Rob's Story
Hi there. After graduating from NDSS I spent the next 8 years split between pursuing a career as a hockey referee and going to university. I eventually wound up in the accounting profession and obtained my Chartered Accountant designation working for a large CA firm in Vancouver. For the past 14 years I have run my own business, Malaspina Consultants Inc., which is an accounting firm that works with junior public companies, mostly mineral exploration companies.

ck to the Island much, as normal life and family stuff kept us occupied in the Lower Mainland. I am going to pop back to the Island very soon and hope to catch up with some old friends then.
We have been lucky to enjoy some very fun family vacations camping and travelling around the Province as well as some trips to more distant locations. Through my work I have been to some less "popular" areas such as southern Chile, Uganda and rural southern Mexico all of which have reminded me of just how lucky we are. As I am sure with many of you, Carol and I hope to be able to travel more that the family has grown up.
