Rob Schrader:  

Rob lettered in football, at John F. Kennedy High School where he met his wife Jeanne. Rob graduated HS in 1972 and married Jeanne the following October. The next year they were blessed with their first son, Dustin Robert. In February 1977 Rob enlisted in the USCG in Philadelphia PA. He attended boot camp where he was ARC. He then attended Boatswain Mate/ Port Security School. After the class A school he was stationed at Base Gloucester City NJ where he was assigned to the small boat station. Within six months he made 3rd class and began his work in Port Security. During his time in Port Safety, he acquired his passion for the environmental field. While attached to PS, he qualified as Facilities Inspector, Boarding Officer and Pollution Investigator and was awarded the CG Outstanding Achievement Award for his work on the T/B ¿Michelle F¿ grounding/spill and others.
