Gary's Story
Life
I am married to a wonderful woman and her name is Marlene. We have been together for 25 years and have 3 beautiful children. The children aren't children any more they are 12, 15 and 18. My Son started college this year. I have 2 homes now one in LA and one in San Francisco. I work in the Bay Area and haven't moved my family up here yet.
Workplace
I started out in Banking from 17-19 years old, I got tired of taking care of other peoples money for peanuts. I started in the car business ...Expand for more
in 1985 as a salesman and didnt like that too much so I went into Service. I was a Service Advisor for 3 years and then was promoted to Service Manager at 23. I stayed with Keyes Motors or 15 years and left to go run the biggest Ford Dealer in the World Galpin Ford. After my success turning them around I went back to the Honda side. I was in a few other places until I found my home here in the Bay are with The Hendrick Automotive Group. I love what I do and the business has been very good to me.
