ourself.) I am very active in the Veteran Community here and support a lot of Veteran causes. I always loved the ocean and miss surfing more than anything being land locked. I had to stop when I destroyed my right knee but whenever I go to a beach I still try my hand at it. 2017: Once again I find myself back in school, I am presently between semesters studying to become a Substance Abuse Counselor. While on summer break I took the Tennessee State Peer Recovery Specialist Training and I am currently looking for treatment center work. I have become medically retired due to degenerative disc disease in my lower back so I really do not have to work, but I am not the kind of guy to just sit around. Built a Long Range Precision Rifle over the last 6 months which is something I have always wanted to do. My new goal is to eventually work in a V.A. Hospital on their Chemical Dependency Unit helping guy's like me recover from substance abuse and PTSD. It took a break-up of a relationship in 2013 for me to realize I had PTSD so this work is very important to me.
