onic Warfare Squadron - 2. I made two overseas tours beginning in 1978 onboard the USS Midway home ported out of Japan and made a second tour to Japan in 1980. I got to see a lot of the world...Japan, Korea, Philipines, Thailand, Turkey, Spain, etc. I have a lot of great memories and made a lot of friends...some of which I still have contact with today.
