Robert Coon recently retired as Vice President of Human Resources for Menlo Worldwide LLC, an internationally recognized leader in supply chain consulting and full-service logistics solutions. Menlo Worldwide designs and manages efficient, responsive and technologically advanced logistics networks for large corporate clients. Menlo Worldwide is the logistics operating component of Con-Way Inc, the $5.4 Billion global supply chain services company. After receiving his Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the honors program at Wayne State University, Bob served as a Captain in the US Army. Her then trained in both salaried personnel and labor relations at Ford Motor Company. He was then employed in senior HR management positions by Ford Aerospace and Motorola Computer Systems, then as Vice President of HR for Daisy Systems. Bob spent over eight years as Corporate Director of Human Resources for Con-Way Transportation, the non-union nationwide freight trucking company, and then seven years as Vice Prtesident at Menlo Worldwide. Bob has served as President & COO of the Saratoga Institute. This Institute was world-renown for development of industry standard human capital metrics and human resource benchmarks.
