Robert's Story
Hello Folks,
I only spent my junior and senior years at AHS. They were great years. I met a lot of "cool" people and enjoyed many good times.
If you don't remember me, it's ok, not many people do. I spent my lunch time at the Tiger Den" driving the Strip, going to the Youth Center, Drive-in and spending many summer days at White Sands, checking out the view(i.e. parking) up on the hill. Dinner with friends before Senior Prom. Some of the friends I spent time with were Richard(Ricky) Allen/Keinest, Leroy Twidt and his custom Olds & Dennis Wornak and my friends on the golf team. m(before golf was considered a cool sport in high school) and was voted "Best Dressed" and "Police Chief for a Day", my senior year. I also worked at Gibson Discount Center.
After graduating from AHS, I went to Texas Tech and graduated with a BS Marketing, was recruited by F.W. Woolworth and spent 2 years as a Manager in Midland.
I moved to Vancouver, WA in 1970 and worked for myself and on commission sales ever since. I am happily married(30yrs) to my Wife, Kathy. We have a son who graduated from college(BSFA) and now lives and works in Seattle, WA. I am retired and enjoy good health, golf, woodwork, landscaping and spending time at our condo on the Washington coast.
