Rob's Story
Life
After high school, I joined the Air Force and was stationed at Barksdale Air Force base (SAC) in La. I worked on the KC-10 aircraft as a Pneudraulic/Air refueling boom Technician. I also flew with the plane for inflight maintenance. I went to Turkey for my next assignment as NCOIC of the Hydraulic shop. I lived there for 3 years. After 12 years of service, I retired (force reduction) and came back to Ashtabula. I became the manager for NWS Products Inc, moved on to Component Repair Technologies in Mentor, and got married. I currently live in Geneva Ohio with my wife Lisa.
