for Appellate Division Presiding Judge John W. Fritz, I served as a Deputy Attorney General from 1982-1987, representing the State in construction disputes. I am a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of construction arbitrators and frequently speak at seminars dealing with legal issues involving the construction industry.
