Life
My Spouse
I joined a dating service on a joke with friends. I never called any of the dozen womens names that were sent to me. Then my wife came banging down my door. Here we are 16 years later with 2 kids.
The dating service messed up in various ways. I was in Suffolk and asked for girls in Suffolk. Laura lived in Queens. I wasn't in the club anymore. Yet they still supplied my name.
My Pets
We've got 3 goldfish. One in the upstairs bathroom. 2 in my sons room.
We have a 4 year old, white cat named Snowy. She won't let anyone pick her up or hold her. However, she likes being petted and insists on being in the same room we are in at all times. She sleeps on our bed all day. I call her a fat blob of white fur. She talks to us. She sleeps...Expand for more

My Kids
My son is 7 and daughter is 11. She has scored in the 97th percentile on the Iowa tests in both 4th and 5th grades.
My son, is in first grade and is learning to read and write. We'll see how he does in school.
Both kids have a great sense of humor and all parents are amazed at how well behaved they are. They get along well.
My Job
High pressure. Diverse job functions. Overly demanding, unreasonable boss, who thinks our #1 priority is to serve the company. (Not our families or to live our lives.) I supervise 4 now. However, before job cuts, I supervised as many as 10. I have run almost all of the different units in Accounting. We are transferred as we are needed between units.
