Life
I went to Bible College after graduation from East, met and married a wonderful woman, Marie, also attending Bible College.Our first son born in 1977 is Robert. Jr. Problems with hearing loss due to ear infections during early childhood caused him lifelong learning problems due to auditory dyslexia. In 1986 we had a girl, Elizabeth Renee who died at birth due to anacephaly. In 1987 our second son, Nathan, is born and is quick and intelligent as his daddy. :-). Worked with Kmart for 18+ years, then Corning, Inc. for 7 or 8 years, studied Heating and Air conditioning for these past three years off and on during layoffs. Currently laid off. Does this count as a job search for My unemployment? ;-). lol. posted August, 2005.
Well, did a year working HVAC and perfected my actylene torch technique, but the work wasn't as steady as I needed it to be to support my family, so when Corning began to ramp up production again I applied and was rehired.

Wow! I survived 2009. Mostly on my knees praying for divine assistance. Ever had one of those years?(or perhaps decades). I'm sure you have your own story to tell.
April 2011; Looking at my journal for 2010 I am not surprised I didn't update my storyline. What a busy year! I sure got a lot done that needed doing. I guess being a world-class procrastinator keeps you ..'behind the 8-ball'...so to speak. One of these days I look forward to being..'caught-up'...if you understand give God a 'Hallelujah!' The grandchildren are 6 and 2.5 years old now, beauuuutiful little girl and charming kindergarten boy. His Nana volunteers an hour or two each week as classroom helper. You can call me 'Paw". I'm accustomed to the appellation.
August,2011 Hurricane Irene skimmed past us on the weak side. gusty winds and rain bands left leaves, pine needles, and a few trees down in our vicinity. Somebody hand me a rake and gloves, please?
