Life After leaving NS, I lived in a couple of foster homes around Syracuse and attended Henniger High (hated it), and was shipped downstate shortly afterwards to Tryon School for boys (Mohawk Heights School)....not really a trouble maker, just defiant I guess. After a year & a half there, I left to live with my dad (since passed) and returned upstate to Oswego NY to graduate. Married a local girl and had a son Christopher. Joined the USAF Oct 1975 and was a Crew Chief for the Strategic Air Command. Left the USAF after a family hardship and returned to Oswego, regretfully ending in divorce. Started in the music business with best friend (ex-lead singer of Anthrax), Joey Belladonna (also from Oswego), and worked the Oswego Co. area, as well as other east coast venues. This continued up until 1979-80. I eventually gave up the "feast or famine" (mostly famine) lifestyle, and returned to "married life". In 1981-82, I moved back to my new wife's hometown, Perry, NY, where the geography is beautiful. After a couple of odd jobs (one working for her dad...bad choice) I was hired by the Wyoming Co. Sheriff's Dept. where I started out as a Corrections Officer, and within a year made Road Deputy. I eventually attended schools for ERT (SWAT), FBI Firearms Instructor, FBI Sniper/Observer, and various training & teaching classes for basic police. I remained the dept's firearms instructor from 1986-87 until retirement in 2001. During that period, I also worked the undercover drug unit for the "So.
