Robert's Story
After graduating St. Agnes, I went to The University of Dayton for one year; however, I was just not ready for college and joined the work force as an assistant manager in a department stoe. With the Vietnam crisis heating up in 1962, I made the wisest decision in my life and joined the U. S. Navy and was placed in the submarine service. For the next twenty-one years, I served on four different submarines and ended my naval career in Hawaii, retiring in 1982.

my wife and I opened a antique business and stayed in the Aloha state until 1995. Due to unforseen circumstancies, we then moved to Florida and have stayed in the Sunshine state up until now.
Jeanie, my wife and I have two children, four grand children and 12 great grand children.
We still lead a very active life and are both envolved with numismatics (the study of coins). I presntly write for two publications concerning error coins and co-own a web site called traildies.com.
