Life
Mira Costa class of 1957. Left high school early to enter Air Force Reserves. Graduated El Camino College with AA in Business Administration and UCLA with BS in Business Education. Married Pamela Zelma Turner June 1962. Attended USC School of Public Administration part-time. Studies interrupted by change of jobs and divorce. Married Suzanne Elizabeth Foucault January 1974. , Fremont, Del Mar, Seal Beach and Encinitas. Served as City Manager for Del Mar and Seal Beach. Ordained a Deacon in the Episcopal Church in 2001 and now serve on staff of St. PeterÂs Episcopal Church, Del Mar, and on staff of the Bishop, Episcopal Diocese of San Diego, representing the church to local governments in Riverside, Imperial and San Diego counties. Married, four children, and fortunate to still live within two and one-half blocks of the beach.
