College
I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas in 1977 with a bachelor's in Public Administration.
I will graduate from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Education in June 2004. I will be certified to teach K-8.
Workplace
I went to work for Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals in 1979 as a sales representative.

In January 2001, I took a corporate buyout from Novartis Pharmaceuticals, retiring as a Senior District Sales Manager.
Since 2001, I have been riding my motorcyles and taking classes preparing for my Masters curriculum at the Univerisity of Michigan School of Education.
I entered UM's Masters program in June 2003 and I will graduate in June 2004 with a Masters in Education.
