Life
I moved from Georgia to Utah when I graduated from high school. I attended Brigham Young University where I received my B.S. degree ('81) in Rangeland Management and my M.S. degree in desert ecology ('82). I married Deborah Hunter in 1981 and we now have 3 girls. s appointed assistant professor at Utah State University where I have been since. I am now an Associate Professor in the department of Forest, Range, and Wildlife Sciences where I teach graduate level remote sensing and EcoGeography. Our daughters are nearly grown, with one daughter in college, the second a senior in high school and the third in the 4th grade. We live in Providence Utah some 20 miles south of the Idaho border.
