Robert's Story
Life
Wow, where to start. After high school I went to ELAC for a while then stopped to work full time to help out at home. In 1990 I got a job with a workers Compensation company and have been in this field for the last 18 years.
At one of the companies I was working for I became close friends with a woman who is now my sister-in-law who introduced me to my wife Caroline. Although at the time I meet my wife, we where both involved in other relationships. It wasnt till 3 years after that we got together and have been together ever since and have been married for 4 years now. We have 2 beautiful children, my daughter Symone 5 and my son Robby (Robert Jr) 3 years old. We currently live in Ontario, CA but after high school i moved around and lived in differnt area's of the San Gabriel valley.
In my spare time (if I have any) I am either working on one of my classic cars or one of my Harley's and the house of course. I really enjoy riding motorcycles. I have been up and down California and to Nevada and Arizona. I have also been to Sturgis South Dakota a couple of times. My goal is to make it to Daytona for Bike week one of these years and ride the East Coast.
There is a lot more that has happen in between the years, like...Expand for more
house parties, clubs, VEGAS and the beach and a few other things i cant seem to remember!! You member!!! hahahaa
School
I enjoyed school and I must admit that I miss it some times or at least miss the people. If I did it again I would probably be more involved in school activities and not just the talent shows or Halloween!! Because if you remember me then you remember I had some crazy costumes! Fun times!! And I still enjoy dressing up for Halloween!!
Workplace
Since high school I worked at UPS, a Chevron gas station then got into the field of workers compensation and have been doing this since. I started out as a file clerk in Sept.1990 then moved up to a claims assistant and finally became a claims adjuster. After working as a a senior claims adjuster for the last 5 years I have recently been promoted to a supervisor!! I never thought I was going to work in an office environment, especially for this long. I figured I would be outside doing something with my hands but you just never know what the dice are going to role for you. I must say I feel lucky doing what I do.
But dont get me wrong, I enjoy getting my hands dirty working on a car or motorcycle now and then.
