Life
After high school, I went straight into the College of Agriculture at the UofS. Didn't finish the full year. Went to Switzerland and France for 2 years on mission for church (1993-1995). Spoke French. Came home, went back to university. Horticulture Major. Met my wife Gillian about 3 months after getting home, engaged shortly after, married shortly after that (Feb 96). st son Nathan was born in Dec 1996. Since we'd started a family, we figured we might as well finish it. Abigail (Dec 98), Bradley (Feb 01) and Meghan (Mar 03) followed. Did a MSc in post-harvest potato pathology (storage diseases of potatoes) from 1999-2003. Worked full time from 2001 onwards. Got a job with Alberta Ag in 2003 and really love it (although I never thought I'd leave SK).
