Robert's Story
Life
After high school I went on to college at the UW. There I finished up my undergraduate and graduate degrees.
During and after my time at the UW I also worked for the Bathhouse Theater and The Seattle Children's Theater in the technical production crew. I also worked at the Seattle Repertory Theater as an Assistant Lighting Designer and the Intiman Theater as the Technical Director.

I decided to move on from the "lazy B" and that resulted in my moving to Bellingham where I now work in engineering management in the energy industry. I oversee a staff of amazingly dedicated people, and work with an outstanding group of talented yet down-to-earth individuals. The stress level is much, much lower now than it ever was in the theater or at Boeing, yet the potential of danger is much higher due to the nature of the industry.
I've been close to marriage twice since high school, but both times ultimately fell apart and we broke up. Now I joke that I'm "terminally single" and "working toward my Curmudgeon's Local 172 membership."
