Robert's Story

Robert is from Los Angeles, California. Robert's schools include Mt. Carmel High School. & USC Cinema. In late 1969 I was hired by Warner Brothers Studios in the camera department. I was a film loader then and had worker myself up the ladder as a Cameraman. Film was my specialty, but I had to also learn the Digital world. ocal 600. I have been a member for 50 + years. I am married to my wife Aide for 48 + years, we live in Lake Balboa for more than 48 years. We have one son, Adan A Torres. who decided to follow my footsteps. He became my Assistant at the age of 16 and by 17 he joined Local 600, while attending Alamany High School. He to this date is the youngest to have ever joined our guild. He constantly works, and he makes me PROUD to say he's MY SON.
