Robert's Story
Robert Turner is the President and founder of the Turner Group. The Turner Group is a dynamic government relations firm whose sole objective is achieving the clients' goals. Those goals may by securing a federal appropriation for a specific project or program, earning grant funding, passing or blocking specific legislation, modifying federal regulations, or simply gathering information not yet in the public record.

Assistant to former Virginia Senator George Allen, who served as the Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee during the 2004 election cycle. In his capacity with Senator Allen, Robert handled all defense-related issues, as well as health care, banking, and intelligence issues. As part of the Senate Leadership, Senator Allen played a crucial role in shaping the Medicare debate in 2003. Prior to his work in the Senate, Robert served four years as Budget Associate to Representative George Radanovich (R-CA) , and one year as the banking Legislative Assistant to former Representative Bob Riley. Mr. Riley is now Governor of Alabama.
