Life Went to Purdue University after graduating from Andover High School in 1959. Received BS, MS and PhD degrees from Purdue. Went to work for Corning Glass Works in 1969. n a variety of areas. Retired from my job in Corning in 2001 as Vice President, Technology, Optical Fiber Products. Currently living in Durham, NC with my wife Barbara. We have two married daughters and 5 grandchildren. I do some teaching and consulting along with continuing a hobby of restoration and showing antique automobiles.
