Robert's Story
Work: Software Engineer, PICK/D3 programmer and Linux support. What I really do is support wholesale distribution and shipping applications. Most of my time was spent with Pepsi-Cola in Eugene and CDK Global (formerly ADP Dealer Services). Retired from CDK in 2022 until I say otherwise.
Family: My wife Lois worked for the Eugene School district, Oregon State Police ID services and now Clackamas Circuit Court. Afghanistan and Iraq. Victor is a mechanical engineer and married to an in-law's distant relative from Phnom Penh. Daughter Robin graduated from Oregon State with a honors degree in Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering (CBEE). Lois tells people instead of the three musketeers she has three engineers.
Pastimes: We all had to learn to ski but it took the Canadians to get it through to me. Whistler is a favorite. I also screw around with old cars, gardening, hiking and climbing. We purchased a condo in Bend as an Airbnb which sometimes creates unusual conversations.
