Once again changes in my life. I believe change is good. Now for the first time I leave the security and comfort of home, New England, where I've always lived and move to the deep south. They tell me a someone from the north who visits is a Damn Yankee, but when you move here your a G*d Damn Yankee! Unlike anywhere I've ever lived of course that pretty limited. Time will tell. Will I miss the cold, snow, ice, windchill, frosty mornings, the frozen lake? Of course! Will the 80 - 90 degree weather be able to replace it? No. But am I ready for a change? Only one way to find out... To be continued March 2016, once again another move and more changes, From the central part of Southern Florida I'm now living on the East Coast even further South. I moved here to get involved in a meditation center for my spirituality. My program work kept coming up short and success was usually follow my failures. I needed better meaning to my life and the path I'm now following for the first time in my life appears to be giving me that. I go to meetings almost every morning and now meditations at night. Crazy enough I've even started Yoga which hasn't been easy with the neglect and abuse I put my body through. My FB page tells more of that story.
