Robert's Story
Life
I attended KMHS from 1969 to 1973.
After leaving high school, I briefly attended Gaston Community College, focusing my studies on English Literature, Psychology, and Philosophy.
After leaving Gaston College I went to UNCC where I continued my studies and graduated with honors.

After graduation, I worked briefly for Eckerds Drustores in Charlotte. In 1984, I decided to do something different with my life, so I joined the US Army and was stationed at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD from 1984 to 1988.
I left the army in 1988 and worked as a computer sales representative for Computerland Mid-Atlantic. This was an exciting period of my life during which I worked with the school systems in Maryland, VA and Washington DC, helping them install their computer networks.
In 1995 I started my own company, NegEntropy, Inc.
From 1995 onward I have been working as a Consultant and Trainer in the area of Project Management. Most of my clients are in the DC area; however I also work with clients throughout the United States and Canada (and...Expand for more
last year I went to China to work with the Chinese Government with their initiative to expand their Natural Gas Usage).
My work involves helping government agencies, corporations, and other organizations improve their Project Management performance. Many of my classmates probably work with organizations that interface with the clients with whom I work. Some of the clients with whom I'm currently working include: The Department of Labor, Health and Human Services, Department of Commerce, Applied Physics Lab, National Aquarium in Baltimore - as well as other corporate and academic organizations.
I am married to a wonderful woman, Randy Jean Ware. We have been married for 16 years now. Randy and I live in Churchton, MD at the edge of the Chesapeake Bay with our two dogs (Godel and Leyla) and our cat, Ink Spot.
Our daughter, Heather Ware and our son, Robert Ware, (ages 24 and 21 respectively) currently live in the Kings Mountain / Charlotte NC area.
I am new to Classmates and look forward to reconnecting with former classmates, friends, and associates through this medium.
