Grew up in San Jose. Left James Lick in my Junior year to finish High School in Heidelberg, Germany. Attended University of Maryland, Munich, Germany for one year. ce 1984 and proudly support Union causes. I married in 1996 and became the proud father of Thomas in 1998. I live with my wife, Mariann, and Thomas on 5 acres of Redwoods just outside Santa Cruz city limits. I am active in many aspects of Union issues and have twice represented my Union Local IATSE Local 611 as Business Rep.
