Roberta's Story
Well, where do I start--while in school I was kind of backward and would give anything to have a bunch of friends, however, because of my duties at home I was never able to join in with any activities at school. When I graduated and left home I went a little crazy and developed an attitude that NOBODY would ever control my life again. Consequently my divorce--still being kinda shy I went to work at Peppy Grill then started waiting tables in the bars. This is where I learned to be outspoken.

ch I inherited from my brother when he died), have 1 niece and two great-nephews (who mean the world to me) and very active in the Beech Grove Moose Lodge. Just completed my term as Sr. Regent, working now for my cap/gown. Love the Moose; this is where we help several families at Thanksgiving/Christmas, do benefits for people throughout the year and my big annual project is a picnic for all local musician and fans. Everyone is invited along with their kids/grandkids--I always have it some place where it is kid friendly--usually in a park. This year it will be in Shelbyville on August 8, 2010. We are going to do a hog roast-will post on my facebook the details and directions; this is another occasion for us to keep in touch after all we are not getting any younger. See you at the Friday night dinner at Ricks-take care and GOD BLESS
