Robin's Story
Life
Guess if you are reading this you are wondring what I have been up to. Well here is a little update about my life since high school.
In 1993 I married Brent Dixon, we had two children, Zane and Brittny who are now 13 and 12. And if you are wondering, yes, we are divorced. After 9 years he decided he liked younger women!!
I have lots of pets "Dexter" the basset hound, "Timber" the german shepherd, "Spaz" the cat, "Skipper" the rabbit, "Crusher" the iguana, "Ertle" the red ear slider, the "Salamander Family", multiple aquariums and fish ponds. What can i say, I love animals.
I spend most of my time running between dance classes, band practices, girl and boy scouts, soccer, softball and just keeping up with all the kids demands. The typical "mom's taxi" except I can guarantee I 'll never drive a mini van!! (hard to picture me a mom huh?)
School
I would have to say if I could go through it all...Expand for more
again I would dedicate more time to accualy paying attention in class. Try to be a little nicer. I had a few friends that I think I would have chosen a little more wisely.(reputations stick forever, dosn't matter if they are true or false). I wouldn't cry over broken hearts and hurt feelings (my mother was right, time heals it all and one day you will be able to look back and laugh, some days I just roll laughing). But for the most part I would just try do it the best I could.
Workplace
I have been employed by the City of Stonewood for 6yrs now. I am the Accounting clerk and Municiple Police Court Clerk. I issue the business licenses, keep the books, handle the citations and tickets, write grants and pretty much whatever the Mayor and Council ask of me.
I am also a volunteer EMT for the Harrison Co., Marion Co. and Wetzel Co. emergency squads & recently a member and EMT for the Anmoore Fire Dept.
