Robin's Story

Life I have fallen in love with the Southwest of America. It's hard to have Two loves ( counting the coast of New England...) like this! I have been all over the place since the summer of '69 and there turned out to be a lot more than I expected. Grin. I lived for 12 years in an unusual place, at the foot of the Manzano mountians, called Mountainair. If you Google it, there's plenty to look at. Today, I live next to the Rio Grande River, in New Mexico. I grabbed my first Completed degree, AAsGs, on July 29th, 2006, from the local campus of UNM. I also took my Art Studio Ceritificate there, on May 12, 2006. In the next two years I shall attempt to procure another degree, Digital Media Associates of Applied Science. Yes, I've been Busy! I have a great little dog, Heeler Mixed w Border Collie, named Sally and a great, 11 years now Cat friend called Queen. She's a grey and black tige...Expand for more
r. I drive an 18 year old '89 Mazda It is covered with a rainbow of tempera paint, from my 3 & 4th grade art classes' last-day-of-class party. Old? you bet. Ugly? it's in the eye of the beholder. 41MPG? Absolutely. So Much for the Junker Laws of the NE States. For fun, I play music with my friends and make pottery, digital art, and great food. I love to spend the day on the side of a nearby mountain, just looking out for miles and miles across the high desert prairies. I am also obsessed with the weather out here. Just like back in Norton, we say here that if you don't like the weather, give it a minute......and I can see so far that it is easy to know what it will be for the rest of the day! I would love to hear from anyone that I have been writing to, that is posted in here...and the one's who are not!
