Robin's Story
Life
The attached picture was taken on my Hawaii cruise in October 2007 And the 'then' photo is recent too. That is me and my son!
My biggest news is I got into motorcycling just this June 2008. Finally decided to ride my own. I have a Honda Shadow Aero 750 and I'm riding as much as I can. Hooked up with the local Southern Cruisers Riding Club and I'm out almost every weekend. If you ride and your local - let me know. :-)
My Basics - Got married at 22-divorced at 28 - one son. Haven't found the right one to marry again. Brandon, my son, is 23. His earrings are bigger than mine, I have four tattoos, and he has more.
I was laid off from work on 11/1/02 after just over 12 years, took 1...Expand for more
4 months off and now with the same company in a different capacity and it has been almost 5 years.
I was diagnosed with a condition called Lupus (SLE) in 1996 but for the most part I'm doing OK with that. It only causes me periodic problems, and then, never for too long.
That's my life story in a nutshell. Whew. Do you really want to know more??
School
I graduated High School with honors but never liked school much. Took a few classes at Pierce but never continued for a degree. Now I'm trying to tell my son how important school is and how he needs to work hard. He has dropped out of 'regular' school started going to independent study but has still not graduated. Anyone else have kids like this?
