Robin's Story
I am a recovering person from the depths of hell who believes God has graced me to do His will. ONE DAY AT A TIME!
I smoked, drank and ate until these behaviors were out of control. Now I attend meetings, volunteer my time and try to do the next best right thing.
I always wanted to be a lawyer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
My hero is Christ Jesus. He is a guy who put it all on the line and kicked butt...Expand for more
on death.
I've lived in Rapid City until 20, lived in Sioux Falls until 21, lived in Germany until 23, lived in Rapid City again until 26, lived in Denver until 41, lived in Houston until 56 and live in Jacksonville until now. I moved because of school, military, work and retirement.
My biggest surprise in life is that with the help of God, I have not had the desire to pick up another tobacco product (1986) or alcohol(2005) and have stopped eating compulsively (2006).
