Life
Hi Y'all from deep in the heart of Texas!
It won't be easy to pack 20+ years into 4000 words, but I'll try to just sum up.
I got married in the fall after graduation and it lasted for 3 years and resulted in one beautiful baby girl. Amber graduated from highschool in May "04" (exactly 20 years after me)and was just married in May of 2007.
Five years later my baby boy came along. Mistake number two is gone but my Alex is a tall, handsome young man, soon to be a senior this fall of 2008.
I became a travel agent after having my second child (and various other jobs I won't mention). I found a career that has allowed me to see some wonderful places myself as well as plan great trips for others.
In 1998 I moved to Austin, Texas. My brother Wayne moved here a few years earlier...Expand for more
and said he was not coming back to Michigan, so here I am! And I love it too! The winters are short and best of all there is no snow.
This is where I met the love of my life! They say the 3rd time is the charm and I would have to agree. We just celebrated our 5th anniversary this past March. We have a lovely home but would like to eventually buy some land and build our dream house in the country.
Our family is rounded out by a feisty 3 lb blond chihuahua named Shelby.
School
I had so much fun on the yearbook staff! And I still love to look at the old yearbook now and then and remember those wacky school days and old friends! But most of the time I wonder "What was I thinking when I did my hair back then!".....LOL! Thank god the 80's are over and those hairstyles are gone!
