Robin's Story
It has been a long time and many miles since Fenton and Wood Dale Grammer School. Life has been good to me with the exception of a few potholes along the way. After graduation I did my undergrad at Northern Illinois and went on to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. I practiced at a small animal clinic in Roselle for three years then went back to U of I and was awarded a PhD in pathology. he Murray State University/State of KY Veterinary Diagnostic Lab in Hopkinsville, KY for 14 years.
I had to take early retirement because of hip and shoulder surgeries but have been doing some relief work.
Along the way I married Carol Barry whom I met at U of I and we were blessed with two children; Tom graduated from Northwestern in 2004 and is currently a Navy pilot living in Virginia Beach and Angela graduated from Northwestern in 2006, lives in Evanston, and is working at the NU Kellog School of Business.
