Robin's Story
I have been a licensed hair dresser for 26 years now. I still love my career as much as the day I sttarted working in a salon. I think I have found my nitch at the salon I am now located, "Cutter's Alley", located in Flint. I basically own my own business running everything my way. I do work with other hairdressers, but am responsible for everything involved in my business.
I have a 16 year old son, Nic, he is basically a good kid. I always get compliments about him, he is very polite and considerate. I have been raising him pretty much by myself. Now that he is 16 and knows all one can know and is wiser than God. He has conveyed to me that he hates living in the country and is choosing to move to his Father's in Flint. This is a new thing for me.....I'm not quite sure how I will adjust to this situation, as he has been my life..
I am fairly active at my church, The Q...Expand for more
uest. We meet at the Grand Blanc High School on Sundays. That was strange at first going to the old building. I am in charge of the church nursery. I organize the staff that I need to serve taking care of the babies, I also serve taking care of the precious ones. What a pleasure I get from these little people. I also am involved in a "small group", girls from church meeting and sharing our lives. Just another way to connect with people sharing God in common.
I purchased a home south of GB 3 summers ago. I have 5 arces with tons of gardens. I love working in the dirt all summer. I have several flower gardens, an herb and vegetable garden.
Here I am almost 44 yrs. old and still single...I might die an old maid......Either I'm too picky or unable to be truly loved......
So how's that for an update, if anyone out there cared??
