Life
mmmmmm.....well lets just say not sooo good until I was 24 years of age..after that quite wonderful.wonderful husband , I have been lucky enough to never have to do anything I do not want to ,I have sang with bands ,gone sky diving , bred english mastiffs,had antique stores,moved all over the states, Nevada ( was a croupier )New York, Fla, worked corporate,and now New Jersey ( retired ) I"ve written stories for a small newsletter.I also garden and am an avid reader .Since I am retired I have time to concentrate on my spiritual side. .I just got back from a vacation in Cancun with my husband , son and his girlfriend . Every year we try to vacation with my children. Having moved around as much as we have , we have been to London , hiked Zion Natl. Park, snorkled Cancun, skydived, cruised Bermuda , seen the Painted Dessert, hiked the Death Valley Monument,went through the Petrified forrest, Canoed the Deleware Water Gap,went horse bask riding along the Colorado River and much more. It has been a wonderful ride so far !!!
welll Updated now I am working as a vocalist again in a blues band
" Mace Gill and the White House Station" and working on and off in a store down by the shore called "Sacred Circle". We have bought a travel trailer and have decided to see the north east while we are here. Plan on covering all of it . Up to Maine down to N. Carolina. First to Gettysburg to check out the battle site . We got the travel trailor so we could take Fearghus along ( our 240 lb English Mastiff ) as I miss him too much when ...Expand for more
we are gone.
We have added two cats to the household since mastiffs die so young ( ten year life span ).One cat is a Bengal and the other a calico.I am really enjoying them.
Now that I know how to add pics I will add more as I go along . I also have a facebook site ( daughter and band made me )
Update, wellllll.... i am no longer retired . I went to school and got my cert as an EMT. I was working voluteer on the rescue squad and now i am getting paid. Backbreaking , but interesting work. I drive the ambulance ( be frightened .. be very frightened ) and do patient care .
Yet another update.... On our last trip to Maine Fearghus passed away .So A new boy has come into the picture and his name is Bailey.I could never replace fearghus , but Bailey helps with the huge emty space that fearghus has left behind.
I am no longer working patient transport as it was not what I thought it would be ... so here I go trying to figure out what I want to be when i grow up.Still singing and walking other peoples dogs.Also on the emergency rescue squad, so the schooling was not all in vain.
Not in the band any more , just not wanting to stay up so late. going to be a grandmother as my son Michael and his girlfriend Amy are due in june 2011. my daughter Mirand Piechowski and her boyfriend wes bought a restaurant in st. petes that specializes in organic and vegan dishes and Michael is still working for ford in alternative fuel research. I am very proud of the way my children have turned out , even if I did not have much to do with it.
