Robin's Story

Life Since High School, I'd been married and divorced and remarried. It will be 6 years in August. I'm very happy. I don't have any children. I've lived in San Antonio, TX for a few years for my job. My husband is from New York and I've been living in New Jersey since we've been married. I visit Detroit often. Whenever I get homesick I pack up and go; with or without my husband. hahaha There is no place like Detroit; there is no place like home. I married I was able to transfer my job to New York City. I did that for about a year using the famous transit system. I worked right in the middle of Manhattan, across from Grand Central Station. Wow! But after a year I grew tired of the commute, although I loved working in the city. I began working for a civil engineering firm. Right after I stopped working in the city, the world trade center attacks took place. I worked for that firm for almost 3 years and was layed off. For the past year, I've been in school for Court Reporting. My goal is to work for myself. I love it.
