Robyn's Story
I live in Maywood, New Jersey. I've been married since 1988 to my husband Edward. We have an 20 year old daughter, Lauren, who is in College for Anthropology and Archaeology, and plays Ice Hockey for the North Jersey Phoenix. ( she's 5'10" !). My son Michael is 38, married off to a nice girl, and is a senior programs analyst. He will be making me a Grandmother in September! My pets are my true loves...2 dogs, 1 cat (not my idea but I fell in love anyway), 1 bunny (also not my idea lol), and 2 cockatiels (my sister breeds the...Expand for more
m so I was bound to get babies). It is quite the "Peaceable Kingdom" at my house, as all the pets are good friends.
I retired from Dental Hygiene after 28 years in practice after my shoulders wore out. My voice is still in good shape but I no longer sing for money. Instead, I sing to my pets around the house and they are a most appreciative, although admittedly captive audience. Occasionally, I pick up my accoustic guitar & ukulele now & then. Artistically, I make colorful quilts and take many photographs.
