Life Since leaving high school I and Jim Haney joined the military. For those of you that know Haney and I, we made it an adventure. For the Drill Sargeants. If memeory servise me right, niether one of us were offered a re-enlistment bonus. Haney and I both eventually worked at CLS Mortgage (Haney still does). At CLS I also worked with Steve Brazington (my brother), who is still at CLS with Jim. I worked at CLS for 17 years as a Mortgage Broker/Banker and Branch Manager of their Tri-ities office. Tri-Cities sucked in case you have thoughts of moving there.. I spent eight very long years there, I know. I left CLS Mortgage in the spring of 2002 to pursue a career in Real Estate Appraising. After several years of appraisal training I started my own appraisal company called CastleRock Appraisal Group, LLC. I am a Certified Real Estate Appraiser for Washington and Idaho, serving mainly eastern Washington and the Panhandle of Idaho. I work from my home at Liberty Lake (purchased in 1987) and have two apprentices. One of who is my son Ty. Ty is 24 yrs old and was in the last class to graduate from the old CV High School.
