Life Currently living in Denver, CO. Have lost contact with most of the high school buddies, still in contact with 2. Just opened a new mortgage office in Golden, Co. Have one daughter who just graduated from CU Boulder. Life is good! Vocation: spent 20 years a CFO in the food industry, for the past 7 years have enjoyed the mortgage business. Passions: out of doors activities - camping, fly fishing, hiking, etc., reading and professional development. Hope everyone that knew me is doing great and finding happiness!

The Fed made an emergency policy rate cut of 0.5% this week. This cut to the Fed funds rate does not bring mortgage rates lower but is supposed to stimulate the economy.
