quotes is: to Bruce: "Eric (I served overseas with his father) went as we would've, brother. This we will never forget. Airborne Infantry. Hooah!" When you hang with me, party with me or ride with me, always remember: This 'trooper will slow down ten feet past the point you fall down with exhaustion and call back, "C'mon, you sissy!" Come Sunday morning, nothing but a pile of beercans and a T-shirt that says "I was there". Lord, please give me the strength to forgive my transgressors and grant me the patience and gentility to ignore their petty attempts to annoy me.....Amen. My dragon has slept for years. I do not wish to reawaken it without the preponderance of consequence. "I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself." – "Self-Pity" D.H. Lawrence A grunt, caught in a rain storm, will take full advantage of the opportunity and grab a bar of soap. A platoon of grunts on a nightime force march will lock arms and take turns sleeping while marching. These I have seen. TS Eliot did not say this.....I did. - Rod Pedersen Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears; let the weak say, "I am a warrior." Joel 3:10 US Airborne - Giving the enemy every opportunity to give their lives for their god, their country and their cause. Paratrooper - That first step out the troop door of a perfectly good airplane is the last step toward becoming a man.". This is the strangest life I've ever known. - Jim Morrison
