Rod's Story

Life After the big day "graduation" It took a few months to decide what the hell I wanted to do with myself, I took an offer in Florida to be a Firstmate on a tourny fishing boat that sailed the east coast. Well that was a ball and I could tell many stories, the best one is the boat sold to Billy Joel and Kristie Brinkleyin Montauk Long Island, and yes I got the pic!! After that 18 month adventure I moved to West palm Beach for 3 months which was terrible. People are rude(not like I ever was) it costs way to much to live, drive, and survive, however fun, not cost effective. I then moved to St. Louis for a spell, a beautiful place to live if you love jaz like I do, but not for me. In "89" I came home! I love Bettendorf!! I soon found a job I hated, and managed to find a women that loved me for me. I paid my own way with no grants th...Expand for more
rough a half a-- college which I managed to get an average of 3.0 (and in BHS the only thing I got 3.0 in was being a idiot) After a year We were married and had our first on the way and landed a great job in the management field. The job sucked!, but man alive my new daughter was perfect 5 on each limb and looks like mommy!! We moved on, I took a job that was born in me racing cars, for two years with my wife and families support(we had a little boy Austin, lucky him he looks just like me!!) we traveled all over the United States and had a ball, did it pay the bills?, no! Did we have fun, yes and we met so many neat people. So this is my bio in short, in closing I would like to appoligize to anyone that I was ever rude or mean to in the BHS years. Time and age do alot for people and I truly am a perfect example, God Bless and write me
