Leonard's Story
Life
After graduating from South (I was called Rodney Bain), I entered the Air Force for 4 years. I attended U of U '60-'61, got married and moved to CA. There I went to Cal Poly, SLO, rec'd a BS in Bio and MA in Ed. I taught for 28 yrs in Erie, CO, retired in '98. I also retired from the USAR as a Master Sergeant. We have 3 sons, 4 grandsons and two granddaughters.

it? I taught for 28 years in the same school. It was a 7-12 school and seeing the kids grow up was a fantastic experience. I loved it to the day I retired, and even though I'm in a different city, I substitute at a local middle school and still enjoy working with the kids. It keeps me thinking young and they can't do anything I haven't already done. It's interesting to see their reactions when I catch them doing something "outside the rules."
