Rodney's Story
Hi everybody I have been busy since high school....I have been working for the county gov.( carroll county) for 20 years now and have a welding shop located at our farm in the Lineboro area.Right out of High school I was very involved with drag racing in md.,pa. and delaware with my 67 camaro .It ran 9.60s -137 mph in the 1/4 mile .I had sponsors and a regular team that traveled with me for 12 great years In 2002 I decided to close that chapter in my life and focus on our farm and family.We are beginning a red angus herd .I am most proud of my 2 daughters and step daughters 13,13,15,15 years old now .My wife and I have them all in 4-h they are really into showing their animals that are kept at are farm in the Lineboro a...Expand for more
rea.The girls show beef cattle 8 this year , swine 8 this year ,and a cow calf combo. and then they show their crafts and stuff they make in school.4h is a great program for them and so far they love it. Also I coach my youngest girls softball team in westminster for the 4th year now our team has been improving every year and this year I am thinking 1st place .This is probably my last year so I would like to go out on top..
I see some people at carnivals and stuff that went to north carroll I loved our high scool and had a blast for 4 years and would love to do a 12th grade year again.I hope we have a reunion soon.I went to our 5 year but missed the10 and I dont think there has been any more. thanks for looking Rodney
