Dear Friends and Classmates, The first fifty years were very good to me but the second fifty has turned out to be much more challenging. It seems like all that I have done since I turned fifty has been to make and go on doctor's appointments. At 51, 6/22/08 I had a...Expand for more
minor stroke caused by A-Fib. I recovered fairly well with only some loss of peripheral vision. At 52, 9/22/08, three months to the day later, I had heart surgery. At least I am still alive and well enough to write about it. Hoping all is well with you and yours!
