Rodney's Story
Life
After High School I went to college. I moved to Georgia, when I graduated, to take care of my grandfather. He was badly disabled by an accident and needed constant care. This situation caused me to get a job in Georgia and I have stayed ever since.
My course of study was electrical engineering which I did for some time but switched over to information systems in the mid 90's.
I am currently married and have a son and a step daughter. Both of them have graduated high school. (Boy I'm old) My wife, Karen and I enjoy each others company and hang out and do most things together.
I love playing guitar and recording. I live in the country and enjoy life by swimming in the pool or lounging in the hot tub at night.
My goals have certainly changed through out my life and now I just want to mainl...Expand for more
y enjoy life and not worry about all the stuff that happens day to day. If I can get to retirement with money and relax and be happy I will consider life a success.
I like people who are real. Not plastic ... you know the ones who only want to know you because they need something from you. I don't like negative people or extremely liberal or extremley conservative people. However I would take the extremely conservative over the extremely liberal.
My life and attitude toward it change in 1991 when I had a 4-wheeler accident while visting Ohio on the 4th of July. It has caused me to go though many surgeries since on my knees, back and neck. Although this was not and is not a cool thing, the experience also led me to become very spiritual and this has definitely added a positive aspect to my life.
