More about Roger:"Okâ¦.. This guy is born and raised in Sacramento, went to William Land Elementary, Sutter Middle, and Sacramento High. He went to City College for a bit. He was never a school type person. Yes, he failed in school⦠but he is considering going back. He is half Chinese and Vietnamese. He speaks Chinese and a little English. And yes he had all these translated from Chinese.
Late 2000, his dad had passed away leaving him and his brother behind. They were lost and depress for awhile, but not long after that they were up and ran their first restaurant together. Silver Sake, his treasure. Silver Sake has been open since September 2002 to this day. They both had run and struggled through all the speed bumps and he would say it is successful. In his terms treasure and successful is not how much a person makes. It is what a person had built something from scratch. It is when a person had made countless friends and which some became family. He soon steps out of his box and branch out. Miso; a little twist of fine dining and silver sake. Miso started remodeling at 2006 and that was a pain. He knew how to run a business and make sushi, but a hammer and a nail is never his thing. November 2007, a little over a year later, Miso was finally open. An old chapter closed and a new one open.

ketball is what he likes the most. He is an outdoor type of person. He likes to eat, that is why he is so damn fat. He likes to cook all types of food. He does not know how to make dessert or cook Chinese foodâ¦.. And again he is Chinese hmmâ¦... Mexican food is his most favorite; he would die for a good enchilada. He is fun to hang out once you get to know him. He is more of a direct person and he will say whatâs on his mind. He likes to harass people, honestly he can get sue for all the harassment he did or said at Silver Sake and Miso. But he is also very fortunate to have good customer, friends, and family that understand who he is and we all know he is just joking. He is more of a half full kind of guy, he is happy all the time like a child. He really likes to dye his hair in different colors, he likes laugh and do stupid things. It came to appoint where people had starting to question him if he is crazy or not. He likes to sleep when ever he gets the chance, like he really gets the chance. He loves to watch basketball and football. He likes computer and electronics. He loves to make a lot and a lot of friends and he likes to get drunk with them. He loves pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, turtleâ¦.. He just loves them all, but not to able to have one just sucks. He drives a typical Asian car; Honda civic. He is always looking for new things to do and up for doing it.
