Roman's Story

After graduating Classical, I had trained at the The Circle In The Square Theater School in New York. I went back to a teacher's college to receive my BA from Westfield State College as well as my MFA (Masters of Fine Arts) from Boston University in Acting & Directing. In my work, I have met Gregory Peck, Bruce Willis, Tom Cruise, Clint Eastwood, John Malkovitch, Charleton Heston, and Mary Tyler Moore, as well as many other less known, but just as talented film actors in my work and they are all human.. regular people like us with the same search for happiness! What do you know! I currently work in Virginia/Washington DC working in various venues as both a professional actor and Drama Director. Film credits include Exorcist Part III, Navy Seals, In The Line of Fire, Die Hard IV, and MI3 to name a few. TV credits have included Discovery Channel's 'FBI Files', 'Haunting' Series, as well as various voice overs. But my true love (aside from my wife) has always been the theatre. Stage credits have included the mid-Atlantic region premiere of 'Copenhagen' as well as classic productions such as 'Long days Journey Into Night' at The Virginia Shakespeare Festival, The Williamstown Theatre Festival and Stage/West in Massachusetts (a real shame that the W. Springfield theater clossed!), The Mummurs Theater in Oklahoma City, and many others across the country. Story Idea Answers ... OK, I would love to see Richard Pervonga and Paul Robbins who inspired me in to the Arts. May they Rest In Peace! The wildest thing I did in school was to spend the night with some of our cast in the building learning lines, falling asleep and waking up for class without ever going home! Do you remember how weir...Expand for more
d it was to be in that building after dark!? How can those people sleep in our classrooms!? Whew! First crush?! Lori Kellog... where are you?! I hope I am remembered as being kind, generous, and showing God's love to everyone's life that I was a part of. I am truly blessed being happy in doing exactly as I am doing! Having been married and divorced, and remarried (never thought I'd marry again) was probably my biggest surprise. So those of you still single, just live your life to the fullest and if it happens and is meant to be, it will. Don't waste your life 'trying to find that someone'. You'll find each other by living YOUR life! I wish I had met my wife sooner in life but we are both better for one another having gone through divorce! My wierdest job was being a magician's assistant! All those tricks are just that ... tricks! ... oh the illusion of magic shattered! I've lived in a lot of cities around the country in my work but nothing holds a candle to Virginia! I currently reside in Williamsburg with my wife Susan and our two children, Roman Jr. & Mackenzie. Roman Jr. will graduate from ODU and Mackenzie claims to also be 'graduating' from the 5th grade this year! My family & I are members of the Williamsburg Community Chapel, an inter-denominational church thats believes Christ came to the earth as the son of God to save man and give him eternal life. As a Vocalist Praise Team member, I encourage you to exercise your faith and read the bible, especially the following: Acts 2:22 / John 3:16 / Psalms and if the spirit moves you, contact someone (me if you'd like) to learn more about who Christ really was and why he died and gave you eternal life. In Him w/ Blessings, Roman
