Life
As Romi Hoyt, I graduated from Stranahan High School in Ft.Lauderdale in 1969, went to NJ and married Larry Lindsey in 1970, stayed in NJ working in a Trenton bankruptcy law firm (Markowitz and Zindler), then est until 1980. Separated from Larry in 1978, was transferred by est to San Diego to manage their franchise there until 1983, married David Goldsmith in 1983 and moved to Los Angeles--where I still live with Jeremy (18) and Ben(16) and our dog Pepper! 5 and divorced in 1998. Masters Degree in Family Systems Therapy in 1994, and working as an organizational change consultant (first in academia, nonprofits, and small business 1985-88)and then in large organizations 1995 till now. Own my own firm, Genesis Work Inc. that specializes in partnering with leaders to build sustainable capacity within their organizations to achieve remarkable results.
Love jazz, swing dancing, NPR, gardening, books, friends and the beach! Life is a blessing.
