National Champion 2012 Won (GOLD MEDALIST) USA Masters National Indoor Track & Field Championships, Bloomington, Indiana, 60 meter high hurdles 9.51 Also, won (1st place) at Run For The Dream Meet, Fresno, Ca, 55 meter high hurdles 8.96 ranked #1 nationally Challenged World Record Holder. 2011 (Silver Medalist) at World Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Sacramento, Ca. 100 meter high hurdles One stride from World Champion. 2010 (Silver Medalist) at World Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships, Kamloops, BC, Canada, 60 Meter high hurdles, Personal Best 9.31 2009 (#2) World Masters Track & Field Outdoor Rankings, in 100 meter hurdles in 15.44. mpionships, Clermont-Ferrand, France, 60 Meter High Hurdles in 9.61. 2007 & 2008 (Bronze Medalist) USA Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Spokane, WA & Orono, ME - 100 Meter High Hurdles Ran fastest time in the world in first outdoor high hurdle race in 32 years in 2007 at Meet of Champions, Long Beach State, Ca and beat World & National Champion. Made All Time World Rankings. In 2007 as Warehouse Manager set up an entire warehouse distribution center from scratch to successfully auto- requisition several shops at an Intl Airport. In the start up trained new personnel in all phases of distribution center operations. Still a successful investor with rental property and retired. Getting back into track & field at 55 is good retirement planning and cost effective in long range health. I am constantly 30 pounds lighter since 55 - no problem!. I have been reaching the peak of my training threshold yearly and the physical feedback is excellent so far. Its not what you do, its the way you do it. I feel as energetic as ever.
