Ron's Story
A friend writes and wants to know about me. I respond.
So sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Killer calendar.
Well, I actually didn't attend Airline Park, I lived in Green Park. But, had a lot of friends in Airline Park. Then went to T.H. Harris. Airline Park is where all the pretty girls were. Well, except for Susan Anderson in the second grade and Nina the girl next door, but only because I had a childhood crush on Nina's mother, a childhood fantasy thing, long story for another day. Anyway, I went to EJ and then as soon as I could get a VISA, I moved to the country of California and lived there 25 years. I speak Californian fluently and there married my lovely bride who is actually from Wisconsin. It was an arranged marriage and not very costly. I think I only paid ten ...Expand for more
bucks for her. She drove down in her Saturn. Well, now it is costly. She loves to shop. The Little Woman hated California and barely liked me so as soon as I retired from a company there I said we can move anywhere you like, in America of course. She picked Picayune, Mississippi. I almost had her committed, but in California, its hard to tell the inmates from the guards. I now work in Picayune, but live in Hancock County. That's my story.
Incidentally, not to parse words; okay, I'm parsing, this goofy site asked me to share some personal factoids. I guess they are not aware that a factoid is something fictitious or unsubstantiated that is presented as fact. Ya know, when you open a website to old people trying to remember their past, you're just asking for trouble.
I'm just say'in.
